    The DMR210 reader system is a robust, compact system for reading directly marked DataMatrix and QR codes. An excellent feature of this
system is its modular design with respect to the optical and lighting components. Hence, this system can be operated under various different
lighting conditions in industrial environments.

The PC-based setup tool allows users to easily control and configure the parameters on the camera using an ethernet connection. Tried-and-
tested algorithms ensure fast and reliable decoding. It does not matter whether the directly marked codes are microscopically small or large or
whether the surfaces are curved, mirrored or painted.

The DMR210 scanner also includes the software for an inline verification based on ISO/IEC 29158 standards and
AIM DPM Guideline as well as the software  "rated reading" especially for needle marked data matrix codes. The various criteria for code
evaluation allow reliable conclusions about the readability of the marking processes and therefore the readability of the coding at a later date.

The DMR210 reader is the ideal reader for codes on challenging surfaces in the automotive, automation, electronics, pharmaceutical,
semiconductor and solar industries.

    With the DMR4XX line IOSS presents one of the most powerful DPM code reading systems of the next generation, applicable for all data matrix codes in industrial sectors, e.g. automotive, semiconductors, logistics, automation and many more.

IOSS code readers stand for excellent reading rates and thus for extremely high process reliability. The new DMR4XX systems follow this path with a unique and automatic optimisation strategy of the system software.

The special feature of these intelligent readers is the "Automatic learning" function during the running process. The more codes the reader reads, the more strategies the integrated software independently generates or optimises and thus becomes insensitive to possible fluctuations in the process. There is no need to constantly adapt the systems and associated costs are saved. The automatic optimisation of the reading process results in very high process reliability, even in difficult environments. The compact design of the readers also makes it possible to make production lines more flexible.
